Public Procurement in Mongolia : Mr. Gagan Anand, Managing Partner of Legacy Law Offices supported by his colleagues at Legacy Law Offices reviewed the amendments to the Budget Law and the Public Procurement Law of Mongolia (PPLM) as a part of ADB TA-9158 MON. The deliverables were submitted to the Ministry of Finance, Mongolia and to the Mongolia Resident Mission of ADB.
Skills Development : The Legacy team rendered legal and procurement services in respect of “Odisha Skills Development Project: ADB TA-8593 IND. The project entailed elaborating the design work of the Skills Development Project which includes the establishing of a Skills Development Society and setting up of 8 Advanced Skills Training Institutes (ASTIs) in PPP mode. The scope of work included the identifying of key elements to draft sample contracts, and public-private partnerships (PPP) for skills training institutions, and also to initiate the design of the proposed OSDP-TI society structure by drawing on good practices in India (institutional governance structure/MOU/Articles of incorporation). Ensuring that the required documentation is identified and initiated in line with relevant government procedures and requirements.
Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor : Mr. Gagan Anand, Managing Partner of Legacy Law Offices supported by his colleagues at Legacy Law Offices rendered services as Senior Legal Specialist for the ADB funded project: Supporting Rajasthan’s Productive Clusters in the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor : ADB TA-9031 IND.
Bihar State Highways : The Legacy team rendered legal services in respect of “Consulting Services for Preparing Bihar Road Master Plan – Phase 2” under the ADB Loan 2894-IND: Bihar State Highways – II Project – Additional Financing.
Physical Education University : The Legacy team rendered legal services in respect of “Developing PPP structure for pilot project: “Establishing of a University of Physical Education & Sports in Jhunjhunu District, Rajasthan – ADB TA 7152-IND.
Contract Management in relation to heritage properties at various locations in Punjab including (i) Conservation of Gobindgarh Fort; (ii) Conservation and Adaptive Reuse of Town Hall, Rambagh Gate and Historic Buildings along Heritage Walk in Amritsar; (iii) Conservation and Adaptive Reuse of Town Hall, Rambagh Gate and Historic Buildings along Heritage Walk in Amritsar-Reuse at Rambagh Palace & (iv) Patiala Heritage Conservation and Tourism Development Project (Qila Mubarak) awarded by the Punjab Heritage Tourism Promotion Board (PHTPB) under the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Loan : TA/3223- IND
Contract Management in relation to Repair, Retrofitting & Restoration of Fire Damaged Gorton Castle Building, at Shimla, awarded by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) under the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Loan : TA/3223- IND.
