She possesses more than 16 years experience of actively practicing on the Appellate and Original side of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in addition to appearing before large number of Arbitral Tribunals, State Consumer Commission, Central Administrative Tribunal and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Benches in various cities. Sadiqua is credited with a very successful track record as an Arguing Counsel, particularly appearing before Hon’ble High Courts in different States of India. She was appointed as an Amicus Curiae by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in a criminal matter.
